Authentic pair of antique wooden horse hames from a draft horse harness, featuring original brass ball finials, forged iron hardware, and heavy iron attachment rings. These hames were designed to fasten to a horse collar and were used with wagons, plows, and other farm equipment in the late 19th to early 20th century.
They retain a beautiful aged patina with solid wood construction and original hardware. They display well as farmhouse, rustic, or Western décor and would also make an excellent addition to a collection of antique horse tack or agricultural memorabilia.
