This Department 56 Heritage Village Collection North Pole Series lot includes six hand-painted porcelain buildings and two coordinating accessory sets, making it a great addition to an existing Christmas village or an excellent starter collection. Each piece includes its original box, and the buildings retain their original light cords and bulbs.

The porcelain pieces are in excellent display condition with vibrant colors and no chips, cracks, or repairs observed on the buildings or accessory pieces. The only noted issue is that the small flag at the top of Santa's Lookout Tower has detached but is included for easy reattachment.
Each building includes its original light cord and bulb; however, the lights have not been tested and are being sold as untested.
The original boxes and Styrofoam inserts are included for every piece. The packaging shows significant storage wear, including staining, shelf wear, and holes or damage to some Styrofoam inserts consistent with long-term insect or rodent activity. The boxes remain suitable for storage and shipping but are not collector-grade.
